How do I login to my existing account after just downloading the app on a new phone? It keeps taking me to sign up page without option to log into the existing account. Also, messages fail to load when people send messages. I have been forced to switched off the phone, delete the app then download again. Still, the problem persists. You need to fix this up ASAP. It's annoying

The app is good I think my advice to people complaining about receiving messages from AI bases is to check their settings. once on the app, go to settings, then click on notifications, there you will see notifications from ngl team click on that option then turn it off. And also u can also delete your messages from your inbox too. once in your inbox, select the message u want to delete u will see a triangle with an exclamation mark inside at the top left corner click on it proceed from there.

it fails to load my inbox messages to the extent that I cleared the apps data and check it it need update but none of them worked. now I have to loose the account and create another one still the problem persist. please the development team should work on it and also give the user the access to operate their profile even when the cache is cleared or change to another phone. thanks
