I've been playing this game for over 2 years and I was loving it, even though I was spending a lot of money in the game. But this year, any time I have an issue and try to contact support, I'm ignored. Now, with the recent update, I can't watch the dumb ads to speed up whatever I'm doing in the game. I've tried everything from restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and troubleshooting the app. Nothing works. My clan doesn't have this issue. It's just me. Disappointing!!!

There's a bunch of issues I can see. I just downloaded this game yesterday but already lost all of the starter diamonds because if you accidentally double tap on a work in progress if you want to see how long it'll take for example, it'll spend them. There's no confirmation button which would be an easy fix or at least a different placement so it's not dead center. Other than that, I've only placed a couple buildings but the waiting time is already up to 8 hours

Ads are actually a joke. I understand they keep the game free. And extra ads are optional for bonuses. But I timed it. 21 forced ads in 30 mins of running the app. No bonus. That is an unreasonable amount. It makes your game unplayable. No one is going to have the patience. There is no longevity. You are either being greedy. Or you have a dead product, for it to NEED this many ads. It's a good game. Or it could be. Feels like a cash grab to me, going on your other replies to the same complaint
