Way too many ads, way to often!!👎👎👎 There have been many amazing original movies and series that I have enjoyed greatly like the Invincible series and Lord of the Rings series. Unfortunately it seems like there has been less new quality content and now an excess of ads. The ads are extremely long and pop up way too often. Why take away standard features and then force fees on us to just keep it the same? We already pay for Prime to have access to content.

I am really disappointed with the experience since quite some time. First of all there are no good shows on a regular frequency. Then you have introduced ads when my Subscription period is active for another few months. How can the TnCs change during a service period. It could've been implemented after each subscription period ended. It sets a very bad experience that even after paying for an ad free service, we get ads just in between our subscription. This was a really cheap trick.

Terrible customer service. If they've screwed up (episodes out of order, mislabelled or missing entirely) good luck getting it fixed - you can't even get details to report it. The troubleshooting page is useless. I get paying more for different channels but having to pay for standalone movies, some that are over 40 years old, is just greedy practice. And the ads!!! There's so many, might as well be watching tv or YouTube. So what exactly are we paying for? Prime is just getting worse and worse.
