So far (it's only been a couple days), the app seems generally user friendly. You can choose to go onto your routine or choose from multiple workout types! One thing I would love to see is the ability to see which workouts you've completed so you don't accidentally do the same one over like I did😸. I love that the workouts are gentle for the most part of you can't do a lot on your feet. (The strength days aren't chair yoga days, but they're not that difficult.) Hope you have fun!

Interesting idea but I really wish you could choose the length of the workout. I would workout more with the app if there would be options to do 5/10/15 min, but also an hour long yoga when I want to. So more options to choose. It looks like a preset and totally not build for me and my lifestyle. And for that it's way too expensive

BE AWARE - I signed up for a small on sale fee of about $20USD for a 4 week access to the App- as I signed up the app then deducted a further $50USD from my PayPal account. I DID NOT AUTHORISE IT AND AM NOW TRYING TO GET IT BACK. BE VERY CAREFUL !!!!!! And no response from the only email address. DID NOT AUTHORISE THE DEDUCTION OF THE ADDITIONAL $49.99 APP TOOK ME TO A SCREEN AFTER I PAID THE INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE TO ANOTHER SCREEN ASKING FOR MORE MONEY! I DID NOT AUTHORISE YOU TO TAKE THIS!
