I did not have the money for this or any other app they really helped me out on this app I'm very new to yoga but I really like all the easy to follow instructions and love the music in the background very peaceful the only thing I struggled with the lady instructing is very small hard to seevwhat she is doing other then that I love the app thank you very much for helping me out God Bless

I have to cram my practice sessions into my toddler's schedule and this app is perfect for that. I love being able to choose between 5- and 10-minute sessions, and I can do multiple sessions if I have more time. The settings allow me to customize how much guidance I prefer, as well as the time between poses and length of pose holds. It's great for those who have at least a little bit of yoga experience but maybe not the best option for beginners who need more guidance. Still a wonderful app!

If you can afford it, I recommend getting the paid versionI love how easy it is to use. I also like the workouts done in 5 and 10 minute segments. The poses are explained well. This program has been very helpful for a beginner like me. I am establishing a daily practice.
