By comparison, Lyft is far better. This app is out of date with their updates. They allow the worst of the worst to be hired as a driver. They're terrible at giving a proper estimate of a driver's arrival to the pickup location. Save your time. Especially when you're forced to wait for a driver that doesn't get any closer or click on a quicker arrival only to have to wait the same time it would if you had just clicked "Wait and Save"

If I could give it no stars I would. The worst most inconvenient ride share app. I have never had so many problems just trying to get a ride man. The map that the GPS uses in the app is always wrong and makes the drivers go out the way. Then it makes you verify your card but never sends the verification amounts. All while you're just trying to get home. It's beyond frustrating and inconvenient.

App doesn't reflect problems with drivers, that try to add a extra trip, for a 3 minute stop, on the way. Another, took trip from 1 spot to another, every day. this app all of sudden changed my dropoff, to another destination 12 miles away, even after I repeatedly changed it to my address! There's no way to delete the wrong spot, so I have to use my neighbors address, just to get home! Being dropped off miles from home, even after I talked over the phone, about the problem to the help service.
