I am very disappointed with the customer service and the app itself. no one has responded to my email in over 2 weeks now. I've spent money on the yearly package, but you only get 1 video per week, which is a total rip-off because the photo edits I can't use for my business..I've also spent money on extra vids because the videos don't always come out correctly, like you can't even use them and have to pay more money to try and make them work, it's a total rip-off, nobody helps you

The app may seem like a good deal at $30 a year (no free trial fyi), but don’t be fooled. It’s highly inaccurate. The “Nano People” animated filter looked incredible in the previews, but when I uploaded my own photo, it came out strange and completely ruined the original. On top of that, if you want more animated videos, you have to pay even more. I knew about the extra charge, but if the photos and effects actually looked like the ads, I wouldn’t be this disappointed. Save your money.

Scam-buy with serious limits. I paid for the app and generated 1 video then it told me I had reached my limit. you have to upgrade after doing 1 thing in each category. absolute waste, every other software is better, wish I could get a refund. I'll remove this review when I get my money back. I literally made 1 video that didn't turn out right and it told me I had to wait a week to make another one. they are stealing people's money. no limits shown before buying.
