Set up account and provided required documents. All seemed approved - until I received the first payment from a client. This triggered many more verification requests, most of which are being rejected on grounds that are not clear (yes, I did read the requirements for the different kinds of documents). Customer service can't be reached. My client is asking me why my payment is not being accepted. Uploaded more docs yesterday but still waiting for verification so still can't receive payments.

After I registered sn account I received an email that my password was changes. I believe such security issues should be taken seriously. The web page, however, for some reason allows me to enter an account. But not the mobile application. I don't know whether Google play has major security issues, but I am searching for an alternative app. Data safety is critical in that case.

their two step authorization will not work. trying to set up an account. verified my email. however when I go to log in it emails me a code for the two-step authorization. I put the code in and submit...it appears to be loading but then it stops. I hit submit again and it does the same thing again. so I relog back in, get a new code...do the same thing. nothing happens. I cannot load the account up.
