Extremely unfriendly system, impossible to log in. Can't retrieve access code, can't reset password, can't do anything. Even the website I'm brought to doesn't work, I enter the CAPTCHA, it refreshes, I type in the new CAPTCHA, it remains blank,it doesn't allow me to type. Finally when I refresh the page a few times, and redo it multiple times,it progresses to the next stage,telling me my information is incorrect and I've exceeded number of tries when it's my first attempt that had some reaction

I was forced to perform an app update when opening up the apps. Faced issue logging in and noticed that the option of logging in via Singpass is not available. I was forced to retrieve code and keying in PIN, which worrying me about being scammed. Tried retrieving code but failed at alphabet verifying stage even though I got it correctly. Am stucked and unable to perform anything. I'm basically unable to use the apps. This is extremely unfriendly.
