The exercise animation is helpful to know what exercises are what, especially if you're a beginner. Requires an option to skip a few exercises in a workout, but track the rest of the exercises that have been completed. Right now it calculates the entire thing and even if I skip them all, in 5 seconds, it'll count the entire duration of workout as completed. or I'll have to quit the workout and lose all progress. :(

This app will not allow you to get started without entering your height and weight, so that it can pester you using a useless, not scientifically supported metric (BMI). BMI is a population-level statistical tool, not an individual measure of health - many professional athletes are "obese" according to their BMI, which should make it clear what a useless metric that is. And even if it were legit, I'm trying to develop a healthy relationship to fitness and working out after having had an eating disorder, and an app that's prioritizing my weight rather than my actual workouts and progress would be anywhere from useless to actively harmful for me. If the devs were to make the height and weight questions optional, I'd be interested in trying the app - but until then, it's going in the "uninstall" pile where it belongs.
