Been trying to coax my fiancé to into yoga without going to class. He's a retired disabled vet, and has a great deal of pain. Most of the apps/videos I have found have been too advanced, even in beginner mode, and more $$ than we are able to retired. 5 Min Yoga app was just what we needed-quick sessions, easy enough poses, even a "slow" option - which is very helpful! w AND this wonderful app offers free and reduced options! WHAAAT?! I am very grateful to have been approved! ❤️ TY so much!!

really like that you can alternate between 5 minute and 10 minute routines once you have paid for the year. Definitely helps to keep motivated if the longer routine leaves you a little tender the next day. The 5 minute Zen routine is a good stretch relax on the tender days🙂
