It is taking forever to deposit my cryptocurrency into my wallet. It took several days for it to confirm the transaction, and then it asked me to re-approve that I wanted to withdraw again, and started the whole process over again. Possibly a scam? I don't know, but other apps didn't take this long. They say it's due to technical problems, but that's usually a way of saying they have no clue what's going on or just an excuse. I'm not putting any more money into this app.

Carefully since they created their own coin and wallet, it's become unfair, all my previous withdrawal pending untill now even i already contact support 3 times, and in the end they force me to send to their wallet with high minimun ctc, not in btc as usual. For example, the first time, this app could be bought for a lifetime, but in the end, i lost the pro app. Now, it has become a lite app. i don't wanna pay any more to them.

Withdrawal issues. It has been 13 months since I requested my withdrawal. My withdrawal has been "processing" for about 13 months. This use to be a good app and they have always paid out. But like everything in life the chances of corruption when there is money involved is greatly increased. Too bad.
