Everything has been fixed, except I can't link my hotel reservation to the app. Other than that, I've seen no more issues as of yet. Im able to make dinner reservations and mobile order food just fine. The wait times are accurate. Park map and directions are accurate. I'm able to pull up my passes and tickets with no problems. Universal pay works. Please fix the hotel reservations linking.

-1 star if possible absolutely the worst app I've ever encountered, cannot even do the most basic task of creating an account, once you've successfully done it via the main website, you might be able to log on, but often not. then it forgets the ticket you have added to the device, and universal refuses to give out physical tickets in replacement. absolutely diabolical and you wonder why Disney world is doing better. it's 2025, it's not that difficult to make a working app, get a grip.

on-going issue with this app that won't allow bank card to upload no matter how many times we have tried with multiple phones and all upto date. deleted the apl and re-installed, this has been going on for 3 months plus to try and get this sorted before we go in September so very much doubt it. we have logged this ticket to universal IT and aslo customer services. Please can you sort this app to allow bank details to upload onto your wallet as its rather frustrating!!!
