Unusable. The clothing dimensions are measured flat... How does that make sense? Why not use measurements similar to every other clothing store? I would have accepted losing personal time, ordering and then returning clothes that didn't fit me but I can't even buy them anyway since I go to checkout and there is a bug stopping me from advancing past the address entry because the screen just shakes as if it's opening and closing something in the background, multiple times per second. Unusable.

Zara's customer service is horrible. Returns are near impossible. Went to the desktop site to do a return, and wasn't able to do it. When I contacted them through their chat, the bot and then representative were just as bad. First, after giving the order number, the bot the return period had expired due to it not being with being with 30 days. It was within 30 days... so a simple AI agent, couldn't even verify that an order was within their 30 day return window. And here I am limited to 500 char

The app is not intuitive in navigation, content is overpopulated, you don't really know what is going to happen when you click on something. I think also pictures are often too "artsy" which makes it hard to really see how an item fits in the person. I like Zara but unfortunately never buy online because of the app.
