The app offers varied content, offers beginner meditations that explain well the methods to develop in this area, and keeps adding on to them. There are programs tackling different fields, such as sleep, social, anxiety, fitness,.. The audio is great as well, soothing, both background music as the guiding voice. The 10 min sessions make them very doable, and absolutely make my day go better.

Excellent and well thought app that has mindfulness progression down to an art. Personally, this app trains me to realize that I can have control of my thoughts, particularly those that are distortions affecting my self-esteem. This app is training (deprogramming) me to not "take the bait" by altering how I perceive which affects how I respond. Life must have timeouts so that one can sort thoughts out. This app has been teaching me the art of sorting.

Soothing yet empowering! The guide's voice is easy to listen to and 10 minutes seem to fly by. There is quite a bit offered in the free version, but I like this app so much, I plan to upgrade and support the developers. We need more peace and helpful tools in the world. In just a few weeks, I've noticed my anxiety dwindling and depression lifted. If I'm stressed during the work day, I "return to the breath." I've tried meditation before, but this is what I needed to be consistent.
