App used to be 4/5 (quite good except for overload of ads and "tips"). Current 1/5 signals two major problems. First, setting delivery preference doesn't allow me to select the place close by (while PostNL TV ads brag I can do so). Second, setting a nearby Pakketautomaat frequently diverts stuff to a place 2km away (I want to pick my own, close by backup location).

seems like a great app from the outside, but leaves a lot to wish for, not all functions are working, like creating a 'retour' (return) label, it leads to a dead end. Also basic options, like confirming that you received a delivery when it still proclaims to be 'delayed' (for days), or letting them know that you never received it when the status is 'delivered'. Basically all the things you would want to use an app like this for, are not present or not working, lol..

Very frustrating experience. Just wanted to change delivery address. "To change, you need to make an account". I didn't want to make an account, but fine. Then, "sorry, you can only change in the app". I didn't want to download the app, but fine. Then, "sorry, you can't change from inside the app, we are validating your account" So, my simple request is still not filled and the package will be in the wrong place. Its like post NL tried to make this as customer unfriendly as possible.
