Very bad. Two major issues. First. When in delivery preferences I pick delivery point as first option, the system gives a fixed option that is not the nearest point. That is bad, I do not have a car. When delivery point is my second option, I can choose. Not logical, just bad. Second. Deleting deliveries- via app or webaccount - does not work. They keep reappearing. Very annoying.

EDIT: from 2 stars to 1 star: address setup has broken and can't verify. --- Can't select the nearest (couple of) service centres for delivery, it will be "some centre en route to you", which is usually two kilometres away instead of 200m. Can't move two packages that were supposed to be delivered on the same day, to the same day, even when I tried to delay the deliveries. The setup with account and address is rather frustrating but hasn't broken since. Also, there are advertisements in the app.

Hoi. Dit is zeker niet optimaal. Vinden wij ook. We zijn dan ook druk bezig om dit te verbeteren. Stay tuned.

Nice app but it stopped sending notifications for incoming post so long ago. This problem is still there. I have given every permission to the app but still it doesn't deliver the notifications. I turned notifications on and off so many times. It doesn't matter. Your notification service is not able to send push notifications.
