Unfortunately, after years of using the app, mostly in Amsterdam, I am going to edit my review and provide a lower score. The app is literally useless in the early hours of the day in the weekends - exactly when it is needed the most! It is impossible to find a driver at the lowest advertised rates, and you re constantly pushed to upgrade so that you could have a better chance, but even then... it takes at least 30 min. Very disappointing... I am switching to an electric bike. So long, Bolt!

My recent Bolt experience was extremely disappointing. I was automatically charged for waiting time due to the inaccurate in-app map and a driver who didn't answer calls (which went to his personal phone, not through the app). Their customer service is useless, just an AI bot telling me to comment to the driver. Bolt needs to fix their app, billing, and offer real support.

The first two rides were fine but the third time I tried using, the driver confirmed the request, traveled to our direction for 10 minutes (meanwhile we waited), and then cancelled!!! We barely made it in time to the bus station, and not with Bolt, but with public transport. The point of this service should be to be secure and more convenient, but rather it caused us stress and inconvenience.
