very unprofessional customer services orders received late after 1and more hours and even missing items if u ask to cancel the orderafter 2 hours they will keep negotiating and even threatening that they won't return your money and when u complain they will return just 10 SAR Even not enough to cover the fees of the other order you will request for the missing items and finally after hours they will send you sorry we will not repeat it next time !!! really do u think there's a next time

Food is overpriced compared to the same restaurant price. So they want to profit from the SR 15-20 delivery fees, plus the difference from the food price !! So foe each sandwich they add around SR 5-6 , and they scam you by saying it is a reduced SR 3 delivery fee!! so eventually for a SR 100 order, you end up paying 30% more

they have bad customer service. my order was delayed and I was supposed to be refunded with 20 Riyal. My order came in bad condition, so they compensated me with 10 Riyal for damaged items and they declined to refund me with delayed compensation although my order was eligible. also, they increase the price of all items and you can compare your self between items real price and the price they put. in addition to applying service fee then asking for tips to drive. bad experience really
