Just started, but 5 minutes a day and up to 10 minutes a day is perfect for commitment phoebia people who are too busy to stick to a longer program. I can never seem to stick to a 20-30 minutes program, but this I can do and add those minutes up 2-3 times per day over 7 days, that's a no brainer. I like the exercises, the music, the illustrations, the words that explain the exercise and the option to turn on and off the auto start to the next exercise. Perfect all around!

6/6/24 I really like this app. I'm currently on a weight loss journey and hit a plateau after losing 25 pounds. I do not like to work out at all. I found this app and figured I'd try it because it was only 5 minutes per workout. I started losing weight again only after 3 days of using this app, I feel more stable on my feet and have more energy. It is definitely worth a try! Update: As of 7/4/25 I am now down a total of 70lbs 😊

Absolutely brilliant. Very easy to follow but all plans perfectly built for my needs. Just on a day 4 but already feeling improvement. cannot wait to see final result at the end of each plan
