Works okay if you pay the subscription rate which is too high for this service in my opinion, especially given that Samsung Health app is doing it for free. It also nags constantly about getting checkups. Moreover, with each update, the "free" features have are gradually eliminated. From a user standpoint, the interface is a little awkward and unintuitive, however the information they provide for each measurement is helpful and easy to understand.

Don't waste your money! The subscription is expensive and the app wants you to do all these "health tests" which all cost additional money. it keeps saying to do the tests. The app also is intermittent fasting, which isn't shown before you download. While it asks if you have any eating disorders, even when you answer yes, it still says to do the fasting. I spoke to support team and they were not helpful! Treated me like a number to get money out of not a person and didn't listen to me at all.

Hello! We apologize for the inconvenience. Intermittent fasting is just an optional feature. The main approach is balanced nutrition, approved by medical experts and safe for people with eating disorders. Before making any changes, we recommend getting lab tests and consulting a doctor.

First Issue: This was advertised on IG as a weight loss app, it's actually a general health app. Misleading advertisement. Second Issue: They overcharged me for their promo deal and I had to message for a refund. Third Issue: I had believed the membership was canceled and then recieved and email I had been charged for the next 3 months. There was no notice given until after the charge took place. I notified them less than 6 hours later, and they basically said "sucks for you. "
