This app has been crashing a lot lately. I've tried updating my phone's software and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. I contacted customer service, but they didn't seem to understand the issue.

It keep crashing lately. I can't access it on phone or other devices. Quite troublesome especially when I actually need to process or track something urgently

Everytime I load the app, it says "Data Loading" and just keeps spinning the loading screen. I've tried reinstalling the app and the same issue persists.
