About this game

A new legend begins here!

Build and manage a town in grasslands, snow fields, even in the underworld! Set up inns, weapon stores, and more to convince adventurers to come visit.

Use items and equipment to power up your adventurers and help them get more gold and experience from their quests. Be on the lookout for new dungeons to explore and new monsters to fight!

Need help attracting adventurers? Try building new facilities, selling new kinds of food, or improving the local area to earn Titles. Keep experimenting, and you might stumble on some rare awards...

As your town develops and becomes more popular, adventurers won't just visit, but move in for good!
The enemy roster from the previous game has been expanded with a host of quirky new monsters to fight.

Play your cards right, and some monsters will become friendly and join you! Give them snacks, keep them happy, and they'll become valuable allies on your quests. Explore more and more of the world map to unlock new areas.

Feel like a fresh start? Move your town to a different region to discover unseen monsters and bold new adventurers.

Rise through the ranks and create the greatest town the kingdom has ever seen!

I really enjoyed my time with Dungeon Village 2, 100% all the towns. Two things I hope to see in the sequel: "BUY MAX" -button, instead of having to select the product and then choose the maximum amount manually. ITEM SETS - Would be great to be able to quickly swap out the whole set of a villager, instead of doing it manually one by one and trying to find a specific weapon you've been uprading. Dungeon Village 3 will be an instant purchase if it ever comes.

All in all the game is quite enjoyable, but I strongly feel that things like medals and the rewards for getting increments of 50 off a quality could be streamlined to lessen the horrific amount of pop-ups that break the flow of the game. Some of the pop-ups i can't see an immediately satisfying solution for, but those that can be taken out or condensed into the slide in boxes definitely should.

Easy hero management, there's only a few things you have to keep track of (like keeping monster tamer jobs). Town building isn't too strict on trying to optimize. Negatives is that there's a lot of underexplained mechanics (like monster taming, what items are best for different facilities) and also a lot of popup notifications. Job mastery? popup. Popularity increase? popup. New quest? popup. It's not bad at the start, but once you have 20+ heros you're getting a popup every 5 to 10 seconds.
