Probably the poorest design of any app. You have to log in twice if you want to see your payslips, but it's a different password. If you forget it, there is no way to reset it, therefore you're locked out. We no longer get paper payslips and rely on the app, but instead of waiting to see how the app performs, Lidl immediately decided to stop issuing paper pay slips. Many people at work have no access to this app, it is ridiculously bad, and in typical Lidl fashion, arse backwards and antiquated

Under the terms of use, 3.1 states that "Use of the app is voluntary and free of charge for you. The app may only be used for personal purposes." and 7.3 "In addition, you are not allowed to use the app during working hours. You may only use the app during breaks or in your leasure time." So why am I being peer pressured into installing this app by the management? I don't want to be forced to enter a contact that I don't agree with. It's a terrible idea, and it makes me feel unsafe.

Cannot read any other language but English. There are NO options to keep it as such. The default goes to German!! It may as well be Chinese! If you fix this I will give it a fair and honest review, like this one, as ai am not in the habit of piling on to a problem, rather I'd like to be a part of helping to fix a problem. Thank you!
