thanx for the quick response, hence the 5 stars. somehow I cannot edit or add to my previous review. I noticed it on the BTC/EUR pair. Kraken showed €3449 per coin, and this app showed €3503. That is a massive difference. Happened in the 15 minutes before the first review. delay, as mentioned in the reply, happened for at least a couple of minutes. sorry to not have been more patient, but with something as volatile as crypto... have a great weekend. email send with latest update/info.

Hi, could you let us know for which pair you noticed this? ***EDIT: Might have been a temporary delay in data refresh. The price seems to be fresh now (3437.40€). I opened a ticket regarding this and our engineers will check what happened. Thank you for providing the information!

Great app, but the data it gives is (slightly) wrong. When you select euro, it will display the value of the crypto in usd, and convert that using the current euro/usd rate, without taking into account that eur/usd price isnt constant, So the graphs you see when plotting a crypro against the euro, arent the actual trade rates, but are crypto-usd trade rates, but converted. This doesnt have a major impact, since actual money is so much more stable than crypto, but still a big oversight.

I come back to this app, the alerts don't work anymore, and now there's two subscription tiers higher than the premium service I've already bought. Edit: A quick re-install fixed the issue with alerts. Going back to 5 stars. Re-edit: I come back once again to this company struggling with the rocket science of getting a phone to give out an alert. This is a waste of time. NOBODY has time for a company that's too inept not to break its own products.

In the "about" section, select "contact us", then send us an email. We can help you restore benefits if necessary. If there's an issue with alerts we would also like to know about it.
