The application requires significant improvement. It lacks essential features such as dark mode, message pinning in SMS, a tagging system for organizing messages and calls, and a favorites option for quick access to frequently used numbers — all of which are already available in apps like Truecaller. Moreover, there is an issue where the app returns to the main interface when opened and a number is selected to call, especially when the device is offline. Does that make sense?

After reinstalling GetContact on my smartphone, I’ve been having trouble verifying my phone number—it keeps failing. I entered my number correctly, but the app isn’t reading it properly (some digits are missing), so the verification code never reaches my phone. The call verification option doesn’t work either. I’ve contacted GetContact via email, but their solutions haven’t fixed the issue. Really disappointing. At this point, I might just switch to another app.

I am unable to completely deactivate the app. I have even deleted the app and it still continues to answer calls and is unable to forward the calls to me. I try to click deactivate assistant and it continuously tells me it needs access to my information to deactivate. even if I try giving it access it still takes me back to the same screen saying I need to give it access to be deactivated.
