You need to pay to finish the program, but they only tell you that after you already invested some of your time in setting up the app. App's store page says in includes in-app purchases, but you really *have* to pay, to open the last steps of the program. It seem disingenuous to me. First you install the app and get all excited about quitting smoking, then you learn you have to pay 50 bucks to access the program. Not a fun experience.

I was really skeptical at first. made it through day 3 and then stopped because I thought it was pointless. few days later my chest was hurting and went back on the app, started all the way from the top and completed each day. I was actually kinda scared when I got absolutely ZERO cravings after I quit. was totally freaked cause I didn't understand how it was possible. It works. PLEASE if you want to quit even a little bit try this. It's crazy but it saved my life.

This app attempts to re-wire how you look at and think about your smoking habit. while this approach will work to keep you motivated to quit, it seems to lack something around changing your habits as you keep smoking like usual until the last day. changing how your brain triggers your need for a cigarette takes more than just watching a video that tells you you are a non smoker, you have to break that habit by not doing it and watch a video to re-wire what took years to create. Just my thought.
