Ever since the last security update - May 2025, my phone has frozen/ crashed twice! it's so frustrating as you then have to fiddle around doing a restart... Please sort it out! Also, the other big update earlier in May is that it's all great, but I'd rather have upgrades to the camera quality! That's the only reason I went back with Samsung, and the quality is pretty shocking.

The forced update yet again removed a very useful and convenient feature of the s pen. this time it was one that allowed you to quickly take screenshots and crop them using the pen as a selection tool. I can't even properly submit feedback within the app without authorizing this specific app to send me all kinds of notifications. The AI select feature is awful. there's no way to opt out, there's no way to take a regular screenshot of text anymore. AI should be an option not an obligation.

One UI 7.0 update is a buggy visual downgrade. Battery life is draining alot faster now too. Application page turning into a single page scroll if you sort it by alphabetical, got to scroll all the way down to find YouTube now. Search bar is also for some reason moved from the top to the bottom. Funny thing is if you set to "Custom Sort" The old paged layout is still available. So they could have easily left it in or added another option to pick between a single page scroll or multiple pages.
