Not working cause of some app it detected, remote communication all, whatever that means. Which one it does not specify. Poooooorly developed. Called the premium banking and they let me delete some apps and lost somevaluable phone recordings because of it. They even let me delete the 2FA app from google only to find out that it still did not make any difference. I work with Airwallex, Wise and other banks they work fluently. Quick swift and secure. With OCBC you feel like its the 90s all over.

Extremely unfriendly system, impossible to log in. Can't retrieve access code, can't reset password, can't do anything. Even the website I'm brought to doesn't work, I enter the CAPTCHA, it refreshes, I type in the new CAPTCHA, it remains blank,it doesn't allow me to type. Finally when I refresh the page a few times, and redo it multiple times,it progresses to the next stage,telling me my information is incorrect and I've exceeded number of tries when it's my first attempt that had some reaction

One of the worst bank apps and experiences ever! I changed my phone and had such a difficult time resetting my pin, even through the hotline it was useless. In the end they told me the best solution was to go down to the bank personally. What's the point of the app or hotline in the first place??
