One of the best tank games I have played, but after 3 years of playing the game I have started to grow problems. One, grinding for the higher tier tanks with big drawbacks (deduction of credits by ammunition and consumables) cost me more than a lot of time. Two, the new problem right after I re-installed the game, when downloading the resources, it just goes pitch black. No other buttons, nothing, just pitch black covering my screen and I can't even do nothing but restart the game. Pls fix these

i got a bug in the new update where you introduce the new BP after the catboard BP of the tiger 2 where I got a black screen battle pass trailer, unloaded contents, and visible file names of tanks in some matches, it also renders me unable to draw in limited time draws which is kinda frustrating, already got to the help center but I didn't see the option I'm having a problem with (mine is seemingly like a client bug) I love this game, but it definitely has more downs than ups, hope you fix this.

I think it's a good game, and I just got the e 100, but I had to sell three tanks to get enough credits and now I'm trying to get more so I can get some of them back but you should really lower the research xp amount for the jagpanzer e 100 271k just to research it and I just got the jagdtiger and it's a bit harder to get kills but it's a good tank destroyer but the major thing is the amount of research xp for jagpanzer e 100 can you lower it down to maybe around 250k or 236k for some players
