HOW IT WORKS
Download the FREE Amazon Relay app. When collecting or dropping off at Amazon facilities, enter load information to get your Gate Pass in advance. Once you arrive at the gate, simply scan your Gate Pass for fast, easy check-in.
If you have received an invitation code from your carrier, sign in to unlock more features such as notifications if a load gets added or cancelled, and detailed instructions about your load. (Contact your motor carrier and ask if they participate in this programme).

it's a great app, but it also has an annoying issue that I've experienced. the app would sometimes stuck on your last location and would conclude to then navigate to the next job. So if that's your first of five jobs, then the other four will be without navigation or documentation of what your ment to be collecting. Now, obviouslythis is where the head office would have send via WhatsApp the codes needed , and sometimes it's not the same as what the app would have, . Thepp is always right.

terrible app. not only does it require you to provide Amazon with access to your location at all times (not only when in work/using the app), but it occasionally suffers from bugs, causing you delays. it often doesn't allow enough time between departure from one site and arrival time at another site to navigate there safely, and most recently they updated the app but only the apple store got the updated version, so the app has been unusable all week.

The app was great a few months ago. it would be nice to have available which license plate to the truck we're using. it would also be nice if we can use the GPS so that we can get to fuel stations. so that the drivers don't have to risk going down the wrong streets with the trucks and risk and getting tickets. updated review: this app needs to get fixed. keeps popping up that the GPS is unable to navigate. this makes for a huge huge huge inconvenience for the drivers. it's causing us to have to
