I can't update the device. The device worked well for about a week after my provider set it up. Now it appears to require an update, but I can't update it myself. I have to go back to my provider for everything it needs. And it doesn't work while it needs the update. It is completely useless until it's done. It won't work as a microscope and it won't connect to my TV. Why can't it be updated through the app?

This is Bob Bayers. I'm just now discovering the many outstanding features of the Roger On 3 microphone accessory that I purchased with my Phonak Audio Sphere Infino hearing aids. So far I'm VERY impressed. Everything has been easy to install and the sound quality is unmatched with anything I've seen available. Thanks Phonak!

Roger works very will. Learning when & how to utilize it's features in different situations the best I find less simple than the instructions. Totally round tables with people is not normal situations & Roger does help when ceilings are not acoustical.
