It wouldn't register. Wouldn't tell you what the problem was. Wouldn't recognize face and you have no way to talk to a customer service representative. All in all a bad experience with lebara. I recommend do not buy this sime card especially if yoh are a traveller and don't have means to go to a lebara shop just to try activate the sim card.

The worst application in the world and the worst company in the entire universe. I have been trying to activate the card for 3 days in vain. I wroght the information and the program scans the documents, then the face, and then a message says that activation failed.
