I find this vacuum to be a bit frustrating. sometimes it takes 1.5 hours to clean about 600sq ft and sometimes it takes 4 hours. Why? It seems to get stuck more often than my low tech eufi vacuum, which this replaced. It often doesn't get back on the charger properly and then can't finish the next job without recharging. Why doesn't it tell me it can't charge? The app could use refinement. It's not always intuitive.

UPDATE: Contacted the email given below. Tech support is useless and wants my robots sent in for repair. iRobot is on the brink of bankruptcy. I'm shopping for new robots. If they do go under, the servers and app will no longer work. Since the last update, the robots, linked clean, and mapping have all started having issues. My i3+ won't empty itself anymore even though I've changed the filter and dirt disposable bag and have no clogs. Even the button in the app to empty the bin is missing.

Not good. it was ok when I bought it in 2024 but now it misses whole rooms. I've tried a mapping run and deleting map. I was sent another robot as a beta test and it's a whole lot better than the roomba at less than half the price. I can see exactly where the vac is in the app, can alter the suction and the bin is much bigger. when the roomba works, it's great but it's too hit and miss. *edit no response from the email address I was given. now switched to the beta vac. far better.
