This application is very irritating after the recent update of this app. Its previous version was very user friendly but after the update there is lagging and when you tap on the account there is a blank page. I have not seen the wallet statement and even cant track my shipment details. Ordered medicines and estimated the delivery date was 13 but still waiting for my orders. Cant help. Netmeds should be taken care of these things otherwise this app could be a serious nightmare.

worst experience I have ever faced.. while ordering the medicines altogether it's shows a bill where I can see the total amount I need to pay but when the product arrives they're asking asking for different amount even in product's cover the amount is different which wasn't mentioned while ordering.

Fraud and scam: Avoid using this app in the Bangalore Varthur area. I placed an order 20 days ago, and it has neither been delivered nor cancelled. There is no tracking information, and no refund has been issued. Customer support has been completely unhelpful — they avoid giving any information and seem to be running a scam. It feels like they are intentionally harassing customers so that we give up and lose our money. Do not trust this app. This has been a terrible and frustrating experience.
